Terms of service
October 16, 2026
These terms cover your use of the ListFox iPhone app and this website. ListFox is provided by Voice Fox Telephony LLC. By using ListFox you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

Apple’s terms
ListFox is downloaded from the App Store, so Apple’s Standard License Agreement also applies. If these terms and Apple’s conflict, Apple’s win. Apple isn’t responsible for ListFox or for supporting it.
Using ListFox
You can use ListFox for your own personal shopping lists and checklists. Please don’t misuse it: no breaking the law with it, no trying to interfere with the app or reverse engineer it, and no using shared lists to harass or spam other people.
You’re responsible for what you put in your lists and for the people you share them with. If you share a list, those people can see and change it.
Your data
Your lists belong to you. They’re stored in your iCloud account, not on a ListFox server, so you’re also responsible for keeping that account and your devices secure and backed up. See the privacy policy for how information is handled.
Free and Premium
ListFox is free for one editable list. Premium adds more lists and sharing, and is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Apple handles billing, refunds, and Family Sharing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
- If the yearly plan includes a free trial, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
- Prices may change. Apple will tell you before a change affects an existing subscription.
- If Premium ends, your lists aren’t deleted. You keep them and can edit one, and shared lists stop being shared.
Product information and suggestions
Barcode lookups, product names, and aisle suggestions come from built-in dictionaries, Apple’s on-device tools, and Open Food Facts, a community database. They can be wrong or out of date. Check labels yourself, especially for allergies, dietary needs, or medications. ListFox shouldn’t be relied on for health or safety decisions.
Store reminders depend on your phone’s location services and may be late or may not appear.
Ownership
ListFox, including its name, logo, design, and code, belongs to Voice Fox Telephony LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Open Food Facts data is available under its own licenses.
No warranty
ListFox is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will always work, be error-free, or keep your data from being lost, for example through iCloud problems.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Voice Fox Telephony LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of ListFox. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for ListFox in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and ending use
We may update the app or these terms. If we change the terms, the date at the top will change. Continuing to use ListFox after that means you accept the new version. You can stop using ListFox at any time by deleting the app.
